Ok so i have bought probably ten Oakley, maui jim, rayband, and other high-end name brand sunglasses over the years for skiing and boating. The problem is that i would always break them and to repair 500$+ sunglasses, it costs a great deal. Then i bought these one day for 100$ at a ski store in mammoth mountain California after my maui jims broke doing some back country skiing. In terms of polarity, you cannot tell the difference between these and any high-end polarized sunglasses. However the best part of these, that i didn't find out till after i broke these and called to find out how much it would be to fix them, was that all fixes to these sunglasses are 100% free. You call them, tell them what is broke, and they send you a new pair within the same week. No joke. When i first bought them i broke them 4 times(including scratched lens) and they never once questioned me. I then dropped them in lake erie(lifetime warranty doesn't work for lost items) and at this point i had written off all high end sunglasses, so i went on amazon hoping they would be there and to my surprise, they were cheaper then what i bought them for initially! So i bought them and have since broke them 3 more times(all of which i got a brand new pair from the manufacturer) and i could not be happier.I will never waste my money on high end sunglasses ever again. Note that i break them due to either my own stupidity or the nature of the activities that i do....not at all because of poor construction or materials......trust me i have broke plenty of 500$+ sunglasses the same way.
