good glasses but the white ones arrived tanned in the frameThis is my 2nd and more expensive pair of sunglasses that are this style common for cycling. So I am coming to this with plenty of eyeware experience but nothing more high end in the full coverage glasses like this.I really like these overall and they do feel like quality but for the price there were 2 things that stood out as more nitpicking but I felt were worth the mention given the price point.1) The arms on this have a well made feel but have a sort of resistance to them when opening and shutting them which I don't prefer. I suspect there may be some advantage to that. My cheaper pair just swings open or shut but can stop any angle between open and shut where these want to only be in an open or shut position.2) I noticed at times some sort of artifacting or almost aura or sunburst type glow at times somewhere in my field of vision. The times I noticed this were when I wore it golfing and was looking on at a friend in a tee box swinging his club. The sun reflected off the club's shaft and I saw some bright blue skinny mirror reflection off to the side of his club. Where it was worse was on a run when I was approaching a vehicle facing me with headlights on and it was like another set of headlights was floating off to the side but with a blue hue.For con #2 I never had that type of issue with a cheaper cycling glasses or with other traditional sunglasses. I'm not sure if this is because these aren't polarized and all my other glasses may be?Comfort on these is pretty good. They stayed on well for a 5-mile hot and humid outdoor run and I didn't have to move them around or feel them bouncing on my face. My cheaper cycling glasses bounce a bit and have an uncomfortable nose pad at times. I do wish for the price that they tossed in a semi-hard carrying case. My cheap pair did so I may just use that to protect these more expensive glasses instead. All in all, I'm very happy but know if I paid the retail price, I might have felt them a bit costly when comparing them to other pairs. That said I'm sure the sky is the limit and real fancy cycling glasses the pros wear are likely hundreds of dollars.Bliz Vision Sunglasses-These have some pretty large frames. I like how lightweight they are despite the size though. Initially, they felt a little uncomfortable on me. I realized that the rubber piece that sits on my nose has the ability to be widened or narrowed. Once I adjusted it a little it fits perfectly. They remind me very much of what snowboarders wear. Wide coverage, doesn't block line of sight as much as normal sunglasses. They also have a vent on the top which I think is interesting because it does reduce how much fogging occurs. I live in FL so the humidity is often an issue with sunglasses steaming up. These haven't had that same issue for me which I'm attributing to that vent. I can't say I love the way they look on my face, definitely too large for my tastes but they will certainly get used for driving.Pros-Wide large lens. Reduces line of sight blockage.Lightweight.Ability to add RX lenses.Comfortable.Well designed, I like the way they did the nose piece and how it adjusts, same with the little top vents to reduce fogging.Cons-The price point is steep for the quality. They aren't poor quality but they also aren't what I would consider high-end. The frame is a fairly rigid plastic and they just don't feel robust.Overall for activewear, these would work well. For me, I don't love the look of them on my face so I wouldn't wear them in social settings. I would use them for driving, fishing, or other outdoor activities where I need a good line of sight. The price point isn't absurd but I do feel it is on the high side.I wasn't sure I'd like these sunglasses. I've tested a few models from Bliz and wasn't blown away by any of them, but after trying these I think they'll be great come winter when I can get out in the snow. The styling is... bold. As you'd expect from sport sunglasses these frames are large, with a correspondingly large single lens that offers a great field of vision. The frames block most of the sunlight coming in around the edge of the frames, so they should be great on the snow.In terms of build quality I'm not quite sure the price is justified, but it isn't far off. The frames feel well made, and the lens clarity is very good.I got these for cycling and running and honestly I expected them to be a little higher quality for the price point. These aren't bad sunglasses. They have a over sized frame to really protect the eyes and face while out in the sun. The lenses are good but not great. They block the sun but have a little harder time with strong glare like reflection of metal glare. They are clear and crisp though. As far as comfort, this is where I think they could be improved just a bit. I feel like they squeeze my head a little bit and I don't have a large head. I've had to try to tweak them a bit. However, the nose piece is comfortable and l love that there is a replacement nose piece and bottom rim in black for a fun switch up. Overall, these are decent glasses but I would think for the standard quality, they would be a cheaper. This is another set that I had gotten for my wife and she was not a fan of this style. The main issue is related to the style of the glasses, as the len is framed by a white piece making them look like ski googles. You have a spare len and the different frame all in Black. Same as the others, great solution if you like the style.
