These are awesome glasses for running. This is actually my 2nd pair. They fit my prescription lenses without a problem. I have one pair with dark tinted lenses for running during the day and one pair with transitional lenses for running in dawn / dusk. They are extremely comfortable, I have tried a couple other styles of running glasses that were not anywhere near as comfortable. I do not really even notice that I have these on after a while. I would say my head is average size, maybe slightly above average male head size.
